TFtember: Transformers#7

"Warrior School!" the Transformers#7 (August 1985) with credits to Bob Budiansky (script), William Johnson (pencils), Kyle Baker (inks), Nelson Yomtov (colors), Rick Parker (letters), and Christopher J. Priest (editor)

Buster and Ratchet are making their way through the woods when they stumble over some campers. They split up, with Buster hitching a ride home with the humans while Ratchet ponders over what to do. Buster, meanwhile, is having some horrible headaches...

Soundwave and Laserbeak are busy. They infiltrate and take over a Blackrock aerospace plant. GB Blackrock personally tells the still hospitalized Josie Beller about this, which only fuels her plans...

Ratchet slips back into the Ark and talks to Optimus, who tries to consul his friend. He tells the medic he must fight as a warrior.

Buster finally makes it back home, where Jessie and his unnamed friends from the 1st issue are waiting for him. Buster explodes at their platitudes about helping out with the now failing garage and runs them off. His headache grows in intensity to a point of a blackout. When he comes to, Buster finds several nearby metal tools now floating in the air around him...

Ratchet fails to notice Megatron and the former Decepticon leader gets the drop on him, but Ratchet has an offer: If Ratchet can destroy Shockwave he gets the Ark and all the Autobots inside. If he fails, Megatron can kill him. Megatron agrees; after all, regardless of the outcome he'll be rid of one foe one way or another...

Good plot elements introduced. Some inconsistencies in the art from the last issue but a minor point. The story is still ongoing with more details and more plot building.
