Buzzsaw
One of the mini spies working for the Decepticons, and certainly the meanest.
The toy was one of the few I didn't have, given that I never owned Soundwave. Identical to Laserbeak, Buzzsaw changed from a microcassette to a robotic condor. Solid and with twin laser cannons on the back, it was a nice pair with Laserbeak.
The file card gives us the most detail on the character. He's a spy, cruel and sophisticated. With a such a massive ego if one thing goes wrong he'll sulk.
The comic, on the other hand, gives us the most visuals of the character. He was there since#1 and like many died in #50 but during that time he was the most aggressive of Megatron's forces. He even managed to take down Omega Supreme before he got blasted by Starscream. A pretty decent run I think we can agree on that.
Then there's the cartoon, and what a disappointment. Voiced by Chris Latta, Buzzsaw was pretty much an afterthought. Laserbeak did most of the spy work, where as Buzzsaw didn't even last past season two.
A shame, but the kind of character in the comic/file card probably wouldn't work within the confines of the cartoon. So as such we're left with another Laserbeak with no personality
