And welcome to a new feature. Yup, every day this month we'll be taking a look at a different part of the Transformers franchise.
And taking a cue from Half the Battle Timmer, we'll be taking a look at the toys, comics, and cartoon of Generation One.
Our first toy/character review is Autocepter. Why? Going by the alphabet for Generation One, Series 1 he'd be the first, so we'll go with him.
Autocepter the toy is a watch (from the Kronoform line by Takara) that also transforms into a generic car. The watch is real though, so points for originality. No file card so aside from him being an Autobot there's not much to go on.
Technically a Kronoformer rather than a Transformer this was one of the few released under the TF banner.
Now the character did show up in some of the comics, but not until some years later in the Wings Universe as an extra.
Nothing in the cartoon, unless you want to think the character is disguised as a watch throughout the episodes.
