Bring on the Bad Guys: Weaponers of Qward

Ah, now here we finally have a foe that makes an impact and also isn't some generic dude in a suit. 

First we gets introduced to Qward, an alien world that happens to exist in the same spot as Earth but just in a different space time level. Telle-Teg, refugee from the world, comes to Earth and begs Hal for help. He and his followers wish to leave their world and be settled somewhere else as the Weaponers are cruel and vicious leaders. 

The Weaponers have followed him though and here we get a foe that Hal actually has trouble facing. Telle-Teg even dies, although Hal manages to get the rest of Teg's followers to another planet. They aren't even stopped at the end of the story.

 Good build up even if the Weaponers themselves a bit on the thin side for characterization.
