A straight to video flick?
Professor Miller (Richard Keats) is on the river when someone (this seems to imply it's either one of his students or his son) is attacked by something.
From there more attacks mount, something the golf obsessed mayor wants everyone to ignore, something even the dim police chief (Terry Arrowsmith) finds terrible. Well, the professor isn't going to take this laying down, so he enlists teacher's pet Sam (Ryan Moe) and town drunk Sarge (CJ Morrow) to take down the fakest looking fish I've seen in a while.
