Superman saves a circus. Pretty much sums it all up really. Derek Niles is a hood trying to muscle in on a circus owned by Mr. Jordan. When accidents start piling up, Superman decides to intervene.
Hiring the hitman Trigger, accidents start to happen, but Superman (who joined the circus) thankfully helps and brings Niles to justice.
