The last story from Superman's second issue. "Big" Mike Caputo is a racketeer and thinks Metropolis would be the best place to set up shot. Mike obviously doesn't follow popular media.
That's pretty much the whole story. Big Mike tries to make himself the big shot and Superman explains why that is a terrible idea.
