Frankenstein el Vampiro y Compania (1962) dir. Benito Alazraki, Cimematografica Calderon S.A./Young America Productions
Heading south of the border for this one.
Agapito (Manuel Valdes) and Paco (Jose Jasso) are two deliverymen, tasked with delivering some massive creates to a wax museum. They drop them off, with the contents being the Frankenstein Monster (Alberto Villanueva) and Conde Lorenzini (Quintin Bulnes). The catch is those boxes aren't filled with wax figures, but rather the real deal.
The wax museum is run by Dr. Sofia (Nora Veryan), who plots to take over the world with the Conde and at the same time put Paco's brain in the body of the Monster.
Yeah, this is a straight remake of Abbot & Costello Meet Frankenstein. They even have a werewolf running around. Valdes and Jasso aren't quite in the same league with Abbot and Costello though, relying more of 'yuk-yuk' facial contortions and wildly overreacting.
