I take it back, this might be the dumbest film I've reviewed this month. After the halfway decent turn in part 6, why not keep the streak alive and go back to being terrible?
Ted (Clive Turner) is a man on a mission. He's hunting werewolves, and he's tracked one to a small Western town. The slayings have also gotten on the radar of the Detective (John Ramsden), who along with Father John (John Huff), investigate the murders.
Lord, where does one even start? Shot entirely in Pioneertown (actual town, used as a backdrops for B-Movie Westerns) and using the locals as the cast, this just feels less like a horror film and more some folks goofing around with a video camera.
Clive Turner wrote, not only this film but several of the previous ones. For some reason, he decided to tie Howling 4 through 7 which as one recalls had nothing in common. Long stretches of just folks sitting around and laughing at inside jokes.
Ms. Lupa did a review of it. I'd suggest checking that one out.
