And so we end Shark Week 2023, with a South African made for TV movie that aired on CBS of all things. 

Danielle Harrison (Shannon Lucio) is just your average teenager. This year she intends to head to Florida for Spring Break, parental worries be damned. She feeds them a line about spending some time with Habitat for Humanity. With the 'rent thus satisfied, she hooks with her girlfriends for fun in the sun.

At least she would if not for the creepy JT (Justin Baldini); the counter to this fine fellow is charter boat skipper Shane (Riley Smith). 

From there, shenanigans until the teens are trapped on a reef surrounded by tiger sharks. Who will survive?

They aren't lying about the title at least. For a made for TV film, the effects ok but I've seen better.
