A Roger Corman film with Susan Cabot and Dick Miller? How could I ignore it?
Sabra Tanner (Cabot) is the titular sorority girl. She's rich, good in her classes, and generally seems to be on the upwardly mobile path. There's one problem though. Her home life is a mess. Her mother (Fay Baker) hates her and Sabra knows it. In fact, Sabra doesn't seem to like much. She looks down on her fellow students, and spends most of her free time thinking of ways to torment them.
When she pushes one student too far, can local club owner Mort (Miller) save the day?
Darn short, but a nice character study. Miller and Cabot could carry a film twice as long, but the brief running time don't allow for much by way of side quests.
