And now our lights are dim and the curtains are falling for this summer of Love(craft). How will it end? With a maddened shriek after glimpsing some eldritch horror, or with a shrug as we're carried off by patchwork men?
Rebecca Marsh (Renee Sweet) is a reporter, at least that's what she insists. While others cover elections or major stories she's stuck on Halloween covering some jackass event on some hack writer named Lovecraft.
She's not happy.
Turns out though, maybe Lovecraft's stories weren't wholly fiction, something a local cult is trying prove. Will they succeed?
Overall, pretty much a 2017 way of ending this review season. Low budget and it shows. More found footage than anything else, and while the cast tries it's just a losing effort.
