Kicking off with the first Bugs Bunny short of 1954, and the last short to feature Yosemite Sam as a pirate.
Captain Yosemite Sam is a pirate so rotten he can't even keep a crew, doing all the work himself. Spying a ship across the waters, he launches an attack. His reputation is such that the entire abandon ship, all save for a certain stowaway in a box of carrots.
Wonderful use of Sam, and the interaction we see between Sam and Bugs really sells it. The ending gag is a bit silly, but I suppose that's the point.
