They Call Me Macho Woman! (1989), dir. Patrick G. Donahue, New Gold Productions/Troma Entertainment
Bringing this back.
Susan Morris (Debra Sweeny) is just your average yuppie. She likes shopping, but even that grows tiring after a while so she decides to move out to the country. Someplace isolated, where one can hears one's thoughts and nothing else.
At the same time, Mongo (Brian Oldfield) is just your average drug smuggler. He likes smuggling and making drugs. He also hates people who sample his wares without paying, so one when lab tech rubs his nose one too many times, Mongo offers to help him with his obvious headcold via spiked headband.
Our two plots crash into each other when Susan wanders away from her Relator and sees Mongo's men putting boxes into a truck. From this brief interaction, Mongo deduces that Susan has clearly figured out their entire deal and thus must be killed.
From there things get worse for Susan. The gang opts to toy with her but all this manages to do is build up Susan's anger and helps turn her into a suburban killing machine.
Well, it knows what it is. Low budget as all get out but sometimes that's okay. Mongo seemingly has no problems killing everything and everyone he comes across, yet Susan always manages to escape, mostly because the movie would be over very quickly if that happened.
