Teenage Catgirls in Heat (1993), dir. Scotty Perry, Midwest Productions Groups/Troma Entertainment
I shudder to think the kind of traffic this is going to bring.
An older woman looks for her beloved cat, which somehow ended up on her roof. She fails to find the cat, but she does find an unusual cat shaped statue. She then kills herself, somehow leaving behind a cat shaped pile of dust.
The cat, meanwhile, has left the roof and tries to cross the road. It is promptly hit by a truck, but this somehow transforms it into a nubile and also very nude human woman.
As you do
Ralph (Dave Cox) is your typical slacker hitchhiking his way across the country. He bumps into the still naked young lady (Carrie Vanston), later called Cleo, but before things can developed-here comes Warren (Gary Graves)!
Who immediately tries to run Ralph over. It isn't personal, you understand. No, Warren's job and his calling is rounding and killing all stray cats in the county and his high tech devices were going off the scale at Ralph's location, ergo the local conclusion Warren came to that Ralph must have cat paraphilia on his person and thus must DIE.
Cleo, meanwhile, is getting busy. She returns to the old woman's home, where scores of cats are arriving and promptly killing themselves. They are also transforming into naked women. They have a plan though. As their ranks swell, the newly transformed Catgirls start combing the countryside in search of men. Men they easily seduce then murder.
Can Ralph and Warren stop them? Should we care?
Good lord this is painful. Not even in a 'brilliant idea poor execution sense' bad this is just bad. A fifteen minute short dragged out to feature length with jokes a public access show would pass on, it seems to want to go full adult but at the last second it yanks back and assumes we'll be satisfied with a half ass cat joke and wild mugging to the camera.
