Remember RAAT? Yeah, they're gone. GB Blackrock, however, points out there are still some killer robots on the loose. Maybe someone should so something?
Enter Thunderpunch and Rapture! Two (mutants? metahumans? the text is a bit vague) people with powers. They're both jerks but they agree to work with Blackrock for the moment.
Their first mission? Find the mysterious Mister X, who destroyed Decepticon Air Strike Patrol singlehandedly. This gets him on Blackrock's radar, as well as Starscream and Circuit Breaker (remember her?).
A three way fight breaks out, each side trying to recruit Mister X, now calling himself Dynamo. Starscream tries to cheat, naturally, but he is exposed, with Dynamo and Circuit Breaker throwing in with Blackrock.
Starscream manages to survive, however, but who's looming over him but Shockwave!
Different direction, that's for sure. The humans, later dubbed the Neo-Knights seemed posed to be the spinoff characters and is handled with all the subtility of a brick.
